We are Bigfoot Tattoo & Piercing, we are required by Washington state law to obtain certain information from our customers before services can be rendered in the shop. As such, we require a copy to be taken of your State or Tribal Identification cards. We are required to keep these in your file for up to 90 days before the forms will shredded and new ones will need to be filled out and updated copies of your ID taken.
At no point is or will this information be sold or used to sell you anything. We will do follow up calls to check on healing or if you are a no-show for your appointment.
